Any product that we sell can be shipped to your door for as little as R90.00 extra to any physical address within the borders of South Africa.
Our Shipping Rates:
The following shipping rates apply to one parcel, which is limited to 10Kg. If the total weight of your ordered products is over 10Kg, it will be charged as a multi-parcel.
0Kg - 3Kg: R90.00
3Kg - 10Kg: R114.00
You are also welcome to collect orders from our Pretoria office (tel. 0861627911) at no extra charge, but remember you must be notified that your order is ready before you can collect an order from our office.
Shipping durations differ because of stock availability and supplier geographic locations. If we list that a product ships within three (3) days, it means that the product will leave our offices within three (3) days of our receiving your order. It might be sooner, but refer to the time that is shown on the product page.
Your product(s) should arrive within two (2) business days after it leaves our offices. You will receive a tracking number for your parcel that you can use to track it to your door over the internet.
Refund Policy:
All PDA Shop products are sold with a seven (7) day satisfactory guarantee to ensure that you are satisfied with the products you buy. We will refund your purchase price in full MINUS original shipping costs, as long as the item(s) are not opened and are still in their original packaging. Please note that defective products or items may be returned for a refund or replacement subject to the following:
* All products must be returned in original packaging. This must include documentation, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
* Certain hardware and custom items cannot be returned for a refund, but will be replaced instead.
* Software and consumables are not refundable unless they are returned unopened with all documentation attached.
* Any items that are returned and found not to be defective will be subject to a twenty (20%) percent restocking fee.
* All returns must be shipped with the freight costs prepaid.
If you feel that you need to return products, please contact us first.
You are responsible for any shipping costs involved.
Warranty:
If any product is found to be faulty after seven (7) days of purchase, please contact us so we can arrange for repairs. If it is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, the repairs will be free of charge. If not, we will obtain a repair quote first, which you can accept or decline.
Understandably, products cannot be covered by warranty if:
* Damaged by lightning;
* Misused or purposely damaged;
* Used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed;
* Not used as described in the user manual supplied with the product.
